I started in real estate in 1996 when my next door neighbor recruited me to join their new real estate company. My background before entering real estate was in marketing and web site development. I designed that office’s new company web site, one of the first in the area.

Ever since then, I have continued to utilize my marketing talents, both in online advertising as well as traditional print media, to offer my real estate clients the most extensive, successful marketing program.

I have built my business and reputation on maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Realizing that my client’s time is important, I use the latest technologies to make the real estate transaction more efficient I am constantly accessible via phone, e-mail and text and am very experiencing in working with out of area buyers through the use of e-mailing documents and information packages. My response time when responding to e-mails is usually less than two hours during business hours.

I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, a national organization, that provides resources and training for real estate professionals that help them market and sell luxury real estate. This organization provides me with networking opportunities with other luxury real estate professionals nationally and internationally and provides opportunities not available to other agents.

I have worked with and consulted with several of the leading real estate agents and firms in New Hampshire. I have built several real estate web sites since I hand coded that very first site sixteen years ago. I love real estate and the Internet and personally enjoy watching the marketing 'work'. There is so much opportunity for technology to help present a property to home buyers that we are only limited by our creativity.

I am an active member of the Capital Region Board of REALTORS, the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. I live in an 1800's Colonial just outside of Concord, New Hampshire with my wife, two children and two Labradors and enjoy tending to our budding fruit orchard and tinkering with antique farm tractors. My career in Real Estate began in 2002 with a love for working with people, following almost 15 years in Corporate Customer Service Management and Quality Assurance. I have been a Realtor for 10 years, and an active member of the Capital Region Board of Realtors, the NH Association of Realtors, and NAR, the National Association of Realtors. I am certified in Loss Mitigation and Foreclosure Intervention and fully understand the challenges of seller’s finding themselves in this position.

Through these many years I have worked with both buyers and sellers. I have enjoyed working hard to sell my client’s property when their lives and jobs have changed direction. I love sharing my buyer’s vision as we search for just the right house to turn into a home. There is no greater feeling than being caught up in helping others through this exciting process, and using my passion for people to do just that. I will work hard to smooth over the anxiety, the bumps and the roller coaster ride that can often accompany the process. My challenge is to take my many years of customer service experience, knowledge, quality assurance and attention to detail and turn it all into a smooth transaction for my client. Keeping it honest, earning your trust, and maintaining a sense of humor at the same time, I'll give it my best to build a lifetime relationship, not just deliver a transaction.

I hold certification in Pre-Purchase Education. As a Certified HUD Housing and Credit Counselor, my experience in educating first-time homebuyers through seminars has provided me a unique look into the needs, the challenges and the education required to truly serve home buyers as they search for just the right home and make preparations to be lender-ready. I will listen carefully to their needs and wants, and keep their best interests at heart throughout the process.
