1401 Moosilauke Highway, Haverhill, NH

The 174.0± acre property is located in Haverhill, NH. It is a fully permitted excavation site containing roughly +14MM cubic yards of ledge, sand, and gravel (albeit mostly ledge). The quantity was determined by an engineering firm that developed the mining plan sheets. There are two separate areas which are permitted by the NHDES and the Haverhill Planning Board. The south area is permitted for 65.0± acres, while the north area has been developed as a quarry site encompassing roughly 14.0± acres. The local permit was granted by the Haverhill PB on July 27, 2021, while the NHDES AoT permits were issued in 2021. It should be noted the site is ideally suited for the addition of a concrete batch plant or hot mix asphalt plant. Areas outside the permitted areas remain in current use.
