Pow Wow Pond Real Estate

Powwow Pond, located in Kingston, New Hampshire, is a 285-acre pond formed by a dam of the Powwow River. Most of the pond’s shoreline is being conserved by the John J. Bakie Trust, with other shoreline areas in the hands of the Nature Conservancy.

The pond is home to around 27 different species of acquatic plants, as well as Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Calico Bass, Brown Bullheads, Chain Pickerel and Northern Pike. As a result, the pond is a well-known spot for fishermen. Boat access can be found on New Boston Road in Kingston.
