Cobbetts Pond in Windham, New Hampshire is a 302 acre water body that is approximately two miles long with a mean depth of 33 feet. This part of the State tends to be more populated due to the proximity to the greater Boston area and makes this a very population location for year round home owners who would like to live on the water.
